Chance Rides Manufacturing, Inc. has become aware of a failure of a capscrew for the vehicle hanger shackle. Failure of the fastener could result in serious injury to passengers and/or bystanders. The failure was the result of overtightening. Once the fastener has been overtightened, the strength of the capscrews and nuts may have been compromised, so they must be replaced.
