Inspection Program:
Rides inspected annually by qualified inspectors acting on behalf of insurance companies that provide coverage on rides. State can make unscheduled inspections. Investigative Authority:
If an accident is a result of equipment failure, the device shall not be operated until it is re-inspected by an authorized inspector.
Reporting Criteria:
